In cooperation with NYC Council Speaker Corey Johnson, Council of Chelsea Block Association, and Save Chelsea, the Greenwich Village Chelsea Chamber of Commerce has launched ALL IN CHELSEA! A revitalization campaign to highlight Chelsea businesses in their diversity and draw more attention and attraction to the neighborhood. The campaign is an extension of NYC & Company's All in NYC campaign which is a rallying call to unite locals as New York City reopens and begins to recover. Sponsors of All In Chelsea include the Chelsea Market and Lyft who will offer free rides up to a certain value to customers wishing to travel to the neighborhood.

“Escalating rents were already wreaking havoc on many of our Mom and Pop shops. But now the coronavirus epidemic and its economic fallout has been disastrous, for our restaurants and stores both large and small.” shares Save Chelsea’s President, Laurence Frommer. “I wholeheartedly offer our organization’s endorsement of the All In One effort in October to promote, protect, and save our neighborhood’s surviving businesses. Please come out to save the economy, diversity, and financial health of our neighborhood.”

34 year resident of Chelsea, Cher Carden, says,  "It broke my heart to see all my favorite neighborhood eateries and shops permanently closing due to this pandemic so I called the City Council to see if we could brainstorm ways to promote our struggling businesses.  The Council enlisted the Chamber of Commerce's help and now the All In Chelsea initiative is an outgrowth of that original meeting with Erik Bottcher.  I am proud to be a volunteer member of this initiative and I am pleased to see the Council and the Chamber of Commerce working together to help our community survive this crisis. Together we can make a difference!"

Throughout the winter months, visit participating businesses and mention 'All In Chelsea' to take advantage of exclusive promotions. It’s a great opportunity to discover or rediscover Chelsea, connect with your local community, and help neighborhood businesses succeed. Customers are invited to check out the All in Chelsea website to see the most current offers. Additionally, registered Mastercard cardholders will be eligible to receive up to $100 in statement credits from qualifying participating businesses in the program.
